The ProposalSmartz Network Administrator will install the server at a fully redundant data center and manage the server and application for you. Hardware Maintenance - Four Hour Response Time
o Even though the hardware is completely redundant, there is no more than a 4 hour response time to tend to any hardware failure. Any hardware failure, would not interrupt the service and all technical resolves would have no hindrance to the content delivery to the end user. Hardware failure on any component will not compromise data integrity or back-up.

UPS Battery Backup
o This is included with every server. Even though the facility is completely redundant for power needs, this is yet another added redundant component.

Generator Power Backup
o Complete facility redundancy that can be powered through a generator. This takes care of catastrophic situations out of our control, however we have taken the necessary measures to ensure up-time for the customers. (cont’d)
